This Distance Selling Agreement has been prepared by Can Kına Dünyası to explain the fundamental rights and obligations of the parties in product sales conducted using distance communication tools.

Sales conducted using a website, WhatsApp, telephone, email, or other distance communication tools, where the parties are not physically present at the same time, may be considered distance contracts under current legislation.

Product, price, payment, delivery, buyer, and other information specific to the order will be separately communicated and confirmed to the consumer at the time the order is finalized.

1. Parties

This agreement is established between Can Kına Dünyası, the seller of the product(s), and the consumer who places an order for the product(s) through distance methods.

The seller's official trade name, tax number, MERSİS number, or other official information required by law will be provided to the consumer during the pre-order notification.

Buyer Information

The buyer's name, surname, phone number, email address, billing address, delivery address, and other information necessary for the order are provided by the consumer during the ordering process.

The buyer acknowledges that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this contract is the sale, payment, and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the consumer from Can Kına Dünyası using remote communication methods, and the determination of the relevant rights and obligations of the parties.

The name, quantity, specifications, color or model options (if any), personalization information, sales price, delivery fee, and other order details of the ordered product are separately communicated to the consumer at the time of order confirmation.

3. Establishment of the Contract

A consumer's mere viewing of a product or requesting information about a product on the website does not, by itself, constitute the establishment of a sales contract.

The order is finalized when the product, quantity, price, delivery, and other necessary conditions are clearly confirmed between the parties.

For orders requiring payment, the consumer is informed of the total cost of the order and any additional costs before payment.

The contract is considered established after the consumer explicitly accepts the order and their payment obligations.

4. Preliminary Information

The consumer is informed about the necessary matters under the legislation before the contract is established.

This information may include the following, depending on the nature of the order:

• Basic product specifications
• Seller's name or trade name
• Seller's full address
• Seller's contact information
• Product sales price including taxes
• Delivery and shipping costs, if any
• Other additional costs, if any
• Payment method
• Delivery method
• Delivery time
• Whether a right of withdrawal exists
• Method of exercising the right of withdrawal
• Return conditions
• Remedies available to the consumer

Confirmation that the consumer has received the relevant information may be required.

5. Product Information

The basic specifications of the product for sale are communicated to the consumer on the website, in the product description, or during the order negotiation.

Product photos are prepared to reflect the actual appearance of the product as much as possible.

However, minor differences in color and appearance may occur due to screen specifications, lighting conditions, camera settings, natural properties of the materials used, or hand craftsmanship.

The specifications of the product selected by the consumer during the order constitute the basis of the order.

6. Price

The total cost of the order is communicated to the consumer before the order is finalized.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, product prices communicated to the consumer include applicable taxes.

If additional charges apply for shipping, custom production, personalization, or other supplementary services, these charges will be communicated to the consumer prior to the order.

No additional charges will be added to the order price without the consumer's explicit consent.

7. Payment

Accepted payment methods for orders will be communicated to the consumer at the time of ordering.

The payment method may be one of the following or another method offered by Can Kına Dünyası:

• Bank transfer or EFT
• Credit or debit card
• Payment service provider
• Other payment methods explicitly agreed upon by the parties

If payment transactions are carried out through third-party banks or payment institutions, their own security and transaction conditions may apply.

8. Order Confirmation

The order can be confirmed upon acceptance of the product and payment terms communicated to the consumer and, if necessary, completion of the payment or agreed-upon prepayment.

For personalized or custom-made products, the following details may be requested from the customer before production begins:
